We have a water proofing system that sprays on a solvent based tar material to help keep water from contacting the foundation. It can be sprayed directly onto poured concrete or concrete block. The tar helps to fill in holes, and can span cracks if they develop.  To ensure that you will not have a leaky basement, combining a poured wall with our sprayed on water proofing system is the best plan.
